About Stefan Pircher
Stefan Pircher's academic focus is in: Ancient History and Archaeology. He completed two master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Innsbruck, as well as a doctorate at the University of Cologne. His research includes cultural mediation, transitional periods (Celts-Romans, Late Antiquity-Early Middle Ages), ancient settlement systems, and burial rituals. Professionally active as a excavation leader and project collaborator (among others in Cologne, Salzburg, Innsbruck), he is a founding member of AFIN and curator of the Argentum Museum.
