Gurktal ramparts:

The Gurktal is considered an insider tip for an adventure adventure holiday in Carinthia. In the beautiful natural landscape of the Gurktal there are a large number of ramparts, the date of which has not yet been clarified. In a few wall sections, two of these sites in Weitensfeld were archaeologically examined in the 1990s by the Department of Prehistory and Early History of the Carinthian State Museum (director: Paul Gleirscher). Unfortunately, there were no dating finds.
